Return & Cancellation Policy

We always try our best to ensure that you love every spray of the perfume. However, if something feels off, you do not need to worry at all. We are here to make it right in every possible way.

Returns & Exchanges

You are welcome to return and exchange the item as long as it meets the conditions below, with hygiene and safety in mind.

  • If the product is still unopened, sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • If you request the return within 7 days after receiving the order. 

  • Buyer pays the return shipping cost.

  • If you receive the wrong item or a broken item. In this case, email us clear photos at support@lussaro.store within 48 hours.

Please note that before the item is shipped back to us, a representative from our store must approve any return or exchange requests. 

Conditions for Refund

Once your request is approved and eligible for a refund, your amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested will not be returned or exchanged. Additionally, promotional items and free gifts are also non-returnable. 

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, generate the request within 12 hours of making the purchase. After that, our team gets to work packing and shipping fast, so it won’t be possible to cancel or modify your order.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation?

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return or cancellation

  • A photo (if the item was damaged or incorrect)
